Abdominal Fat loss is usually the toughest place to lose
weight and also the most sort after request.
The problem with belly fat loss is that the body considers this spot as
a storage area AND one of the oldest areas that you have probably been storing
To explain in more detail – when we are born and little
babies it is during this time that our fat cells are created. Fat can only be stored on fat cells and once
we have a certain number of fat cells we can’t get rid of them – unless you
have surgery of course or liposuction.
So the only thing we can do is reduce the amount of fat that we intake
to be stored on fat cells.
Unfortunately when people ask about what type of exercise
can reduce abdominal fat the answer is usually always that there is not one
particular exercise except cardio.
So you can’t spot reduce a particular are of your body and
expect it to be the only place you lose body fat. The good part is that you don’t have to do
five million sit ups if you have a lot of belly fat to lose.
That’s a relief.
So again the same old question ends up with the same old
Increase your cardio – preferably high intensity cardio and
decrease your baked foods and starchy carbohydrates when they aren’t necessary
to eat for fuel and you should be then telling your body to go into the fuel
source it already has – in your belly or lower abdominal area.
